This professional training is designed for therapists from various fields of psychotherapy and body-mind approaches. It focuses on Somatic & spiritual Resonance in relationships — a main tool for working with relationships and couples on deep, subtle, and meaningful dimensions in human connection.
Together, we will explore what happens when couples experience disconnection or gaps in their relationship, and how somatic & spiritual attunement can become a powerful bridge toward deeper intimacy and healing.
Through experiential practices, including mindfulness, meditation, and unique somatic exercises, participants will learn how to support couples and individuals in connecting to the higher field of presence and resonance in their relationships.
Somatic & spiritual Resonance is part of the BP4C (Body Psychotherapy for Couples) approach, developed by Gabriel Shiraz, and focuses on awareness to a deeply attuned state of connection that arises through presence, energetic awareness, and embodied listening within relationships.
In this workshop, we will engage in personal, dyadic (partnered), and group experiential processes. These will include somatic practices, guided meditations, mindful movement, breathing, and reflective exercises. The intention is to help therapists recognize and access the somatic & spiritual dimensions in therapeutic work — especially when working with couples navigating disconnection, emotional distance, or unresolved pain.
Participants will:
– Deepen their sensitivity to energetic and spiritual dynamics within relationships
– Practice tools that support presence, trust, and resonance between partners
– Learn to hold a therapeutic field that includes not only body and mind, but soul
– Explore how spiritual disconnection manifests somatically in couples therapy
– Experience group resonance as a healing field that reflects the collective relational space
This workshop is both a transformative experience in itself and an introduction to the broader framework of BP4C. It is suitable for professionals who wish to bring deeper layers of working with relationships issues.
