Bridges of Trust
This online CPD – ( continuing proffesional development ) Workshop & Lecture is intended for individuals & couples’ therapists, psychotherapists, psychologists, and therapists who wish to deepen their work with couples – facing broken trust, betrayal, emotional distance, or the loss of safety and stability in the relationship.
What Will You Learn and Practice?
We will learn, explore and practice working as therapists in individual & couples therapy – with couples who are experiencing crisis in their relationship. We will work with BP4C – body Psychotherapy for Couples concepts.
- Explore the concepts of trust and safety in couple relationships through both somatic and emotional perspectives.
- Learn experiential techniques for rebuilding trust – including breathwork, movement, touch, and somatic resonance.
- Practice tools for identifying and transforming defensive patterns that prevent closeness.
- Deepen the use of Somatic Resonance as a therapeutic approach to foster reconnection.
- Develop the ability to create a safe therapeutic space that allows vulnerability, tenderness, and the rebuilding of stability.
Body Psychotherapy for Couples -BP4C
With BP4C concepts we will learn how therapists can accompany couples in the journey of restoring trust, guiding them from walls and defenses toward bridges of closeness, safety, and renewed stability.
A new BP4C training course will be opened in January 2026.
12 meetings of 5 hours each, with 12 main issues in relationship.
& 6 supervision sessions (3 hours each meeting)
