This professional workshop and lecture is intended for individual and/or couple therapists from different fields of psychotherapy, that are working with relationship issues (with individualed or couple therpist). In this meeting we will focus on different body mind dynamic of relationship and their manifistation on the body and the breathing.

In the meeting,  we will exem different types of dynamics and their expression on the body and breathing and the action on the somatic-body reactions and breathing patterns with observation and reference to the layers in each type of dynamic

A professional lecture & workshop for individual and/or couple therapists,

Focused on body mind dynamics in relationship

In the CPD workshop we will study, explore and practice how to work in the therapy room with this major subject in relationship.

The marital dynamic that develops between the partners is created from instinctive reactions and patterns of thought and behavior related to the nerative/story  of our lives and the personal sensitivities of each one of the partners.

An important part of the work of the individual / couples therapist is – identifying the couple dynamics. For example: when one partner verbally hurts the other, the other is hurt and reacts with aggression or detachment, which creates a counter-reaction of further aggression or distance, which can lead to a marital crisis. In the training we will explore, experience, learn and understand different marital patterns.

We will learn and experience how to work with different couple dynamics

*Identifying the couple dynamics while explaining it experientially to the couple.

*Triangular observation and awareness of the dynamics of the couple and the therapist

*Working with the body’s somatic sensations during the formation of the dynamics and continuation.

*Learning deep processing at all levels and internalizing the dynamics.

*Creating and strengthening the personal and marital desire to create change.

Work with breathing practice and mindfulness to strengthen the ability to change.

*Personal and couple tasks between each therapy session to improve and change the dynamics.

*Seeing the relationship from above and internalizing the spiritual layer in the relationship.

At the conclusion and end of the meeting, we will focus on the great potential for growth and development from identifying the couple dynamics and our ability as therapists to help change and improve responses to each other and strengthen couple communication in the relationship
